Camilla is the Director of Executive Communications at Checkout.com, and has worked in communications and culture-building for the past 10 years. Until recently, she served as Head of Internal Communications and Culture at Hopin: the fully remote virtual and hybrid events company. Prior to Hopin, she set up her own executive communications company and also worked in internal communications at Twitter.

Camilla believes great culture and communications infrastructure are the key to creating successful workplaces and employers of the future. Chase is the Head of Remote at Doist: a pioneer of distributed work that specialises in productivity software. Doist created the award-winning task management app Todoist, and Twist, the first team messaging app designed for async work. 

Chase is responsible for developing Doist’s remote work strategy and advocating for the future of work. He has been recognised as a leader in the 2022 Remote Influencer Report and is a 2022 LinkedIn Top Voice for Remote Work. He’s a regular contributor and consultant to many of the leading remote work organisations and publications, as well as the host of his own podcast, About Abroad. 

Chase is currently based in Spain and speaks English and Spanish. When not nerding out about remote work, he loves travelling in his campervan, spending time in the mountains, and taking his husky pup for a jog from time to time.

Rita is a hands-on People Leader. For the last 7+ years, she has been setting up employee experience from scratch by building and designing processes, tools, and frameworks for the entire employee lifecycle. After 10 years working in a headhunting firm in London & Paris, he now lives in Madrid and has been building a fully remote company since March 2020.

David is a Partner and leads the Real Estate Consulting & Transformation practice of PwC Germany. The focus of his work is strategy and organisation consulting for real estate companies, optimization of business processes, and project management of large transformation and construction projects, especially in connection with the ongoing digitalisation of the industry and ESG guidelines.
