The approximate time for sharing the contract with an employee in Kyrgyzstan is 14 business days assuming no special requests or changes to our standard employment contract. Any such requests or changes would need to undergo internal and external review, directly leading to a time delay.

NOTE: This number is subject to change and is only an estimation of the Contract Sharing Time. The estimated Contract Sharing Time begins from the moment that WorkMotion has received all required information from both the client and the employee.

  • Remote work legislation was enacted in January 2023 setting down discussion points for the employer and employee for working conditions.
  • The employer is obliged to write and fill out workbooks for all employees who have worked in the organization for more than five days. The employment book includes information on employment, transfer to another permanent job and dismissal of the employee, as well as the grounds for termination of the employment contract.
  • The working conditions between the employer and the remote worker are defined in the labor contract.
